This document outlines the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting strategy for SGP-India projects. It discusses that SGP-India views M&E as a participatory process that enables capacity building and learning lessons. Each project is required to have explicit monitoring and evaluation plans with quantifiable indicators and targets. Projects submit quarterly progress reports and are visited periodically. Mid-term reviews and final evaluations are conducted to track progress and verify results. Monitoring involves ongoing collection and analysis of project data, while evaluation assesses results and effects. Both require baseline data for comparison.
