This study sought to establish the influence of monitoring and evaluation tools usage on agricultural
project success. The main tools that study focused on were; Mobile Application, Logical Framework, Monitoring
and Evaluation plan, and Data Dashboard. The four main objective that guided the study includes: To establish
how Mobile Application usage influences agricultural project success in NGO`s, in Kenya, To determine how
Logical framework usage influences agricultural project success in NGO`s, in Kenya, To establish how Monitoring
and evaluation plan usage influences agricultural project success in NGO`s, in Kenya and To find out how Data
dashboard usage influences agricultural project success in NGO`s, in Kenya. The study adopted descriptive
research design while targeting 56 Project and Monitoring and Evaluation employees at Farm Africa.
Questionnaire was used to collect data. Final collected data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative
methods together will linear regression model. Qualitative data was coded to their respective variable in the study
for easier analysis while quantitative was summarized by obtaining descriptive statistics. The data was presented
inform of tables and graphs. The SPSS and Excel softwareโs was used to model and obtain summary tables and
graphs. The multiple linear regression and Pearson pairwise correlation was used to model the data. On average
79% of the respondents, revealed monitoring and evaluation had high extent influence on project success. All the
five monitoring and evalation tools, Mobile applications, Logical framework, monitoring and evaluation plan and
data dashbord shown strong positive correlation with project success. Further Study revealed evidence of positive
influence of monitoring and evaluation tools on agricultural project success. From the results 83.2% of the changes
in project success can be explained by monitoring and evaluation tools studied while the remaining 16.8% can be
explained using other factors which are not part of the regression model. The study concluded the strength of
Mobile applications, Logical framework, monitoring and evaluation plan and data dashbord is very important for
the poject success and management should incorporate these tools during project implementation.
PM&E Guideline
This document outlines the participatory monitoring and evaluation (PM&E) system for the Child Centered Recovery and Resilience (C2R2) project in Bangladesh. The PM&E system involves beneficiaries at each level to strengthen accountability and community ownership. It describes a three-tiered structure where community monitoring teams report to project teams, who then report to the SAP-Bangladesh monitoring and evaluation unit. A variety of data collection tools are used at each level, including surveys, interviews, observations and meetings. Data is collected, analyzed and validated across tiers before being reported to donors and stakeholders. The goal is to track project indicators and ensure the accountability of all parties through direct community involvement in the monitoring process.

This document summarizes a thesis assessing the status of Farmers' Information Technology Services (FITS) centers in Pangasinan, Philippines. The study found that over half of FITS centers were established in 2007 and located in the 5th and 6th congressional districts of Pangasinan. Farmers were satisfied with information services but least satisfied with technology services. The main challenges reported by site managers were insufficient financial resources, affecting efficient operations. Recommended solutions included increasing local government funding and improving information dissemination to farmers.

2012 CDA Dagupan Highlight of Accomplishment
The CDA Dagupan Extension Office started operations in 1991 and is headed by Director Ray R. Elevazo with 29 personnel. During a 2012 performance assessment, the CDA Dagupan Extension Office was rated the 5th top performing region. It achieved an overall rating of 88.46% across key areas like registration, regulatory functions, cooperative development, and institutional performance. The office exceeded its income target of 1 million pesos by collecting 1.28 million pesos in 2012.

David Khoudour presented at the 2015 Global Forum on Remittances and Development in Milan, Italy. He discussed how public policies can create an enabling environment for using remittances to finance development. Khoudour categorized public policies into migration policies, migration-related development policies, and non-migration sectoral development policies. Sectoral development policies in areas like financial services, agriculture, education, health, and social protection can influence remittance flows and investment by either complementing or substituting for remittances. Coordinating policies across sectors and better integrating migration into development strategies can improve how remittances support development.
