Abstract

Banks are one of the major players of today’s business developments, which adopt ICT in their daily activities. This Study employed quantitative approach using an online survey of questionnaires and respondents to collect information on ICT related problems on online banking in Nigerian Banks. SPSS was also made use of in the analysis. The study revealed that ICT related a problem on online Banking has an impact on banks. We try to get insight of the major factors affecting the business of banks as an impact of adopting ICT and study the problems surrounding the use of ICT that impact the usage on online banking services in Nigerian banks.
