Eighteen plus years of experience in IT. Seven plus years of working experience in Telecom Industry with expertise in ERP (SAP), B/OSS (CRM, Billing, Inventory, WFM, Business Processes, Receivables, Service Provisioning) and related enterprise applications. Expertise in IT Project Management, project implementations, systems’ architecture designing, and analysis. I have got more than eight different certifications: Prince2(F), TOGAF(F) 9.1, Project Management (Harvard), etc.. Prestigious certificates in SAP, Siebel CRM, Oracle, COBOL, Java and Networking, Successfully managed more than fifty local and international software projects.
