This presentation discusses mobile technologies and how they can be utilized in school library and information centers (SLICs). Mobile technologies are defined as devices like smartphones, tablets, laptops, and GPS devices that can access the internet and share information from any location. The benefits of mobile technologies include ubiquitous access to information, increased productivity, and communication tools. For SLICs, mobile technologies allow multiple users to access virtual library collections from anywhere, search for specific materials, and continue education even during a pandemic by connecting people.
