The document requests City Council approval for a 30-foot wide permanent public utility corridor easement on park property to allow construction of a major gravity sewer trunk line along an existing hike and bike trail. District and the Diversion Lift Station from the Carters Creek Plant
• Only feasible route for the trunk line is along the new Hike & Bike Trail

aspects of the Trail will be restored to existing condition
