Through completing her preliminary task, the author learned how to use Photoshop. She enjoyed exploring the various tools and editing an image of a magazine cover in different ways. Some of the specific tools she used included the move tool, magic wand tool, and text tool. The author also learned how to create her own blog using Weebly, which allowed her to be creative in designing and customizing her blog.

2. How to use Photoshop.
By doing my
preliminary task I learnt
how to use Photoshop.
As I never used it
before It was fun
playing around with all
the tools that were
available. However it
was quite easy to use I
enjoyed editing my
magazine cover and
finding different ways
too alter the image.
I used this tool to move
around the items that I would
like to move to where I want
it to go.
With this wand I was able to
remove any backgrounds in my
photo as it highlighted around
what I didn’t need.
This tool allowed to crop my
images.
This tool allowed to add
text onto my magazine
cover and content page.

3. Learnt how to create my own
blog.
This is the first time I have ever attempted to create my own
blog. So for our blogs we used a website called weebly, weebly
made it quick and easy to make a blog for ourselves as they gave
you themes which could be easily accessible and also whit our
own blog we could be creative in what we wanted in our blog
and how we wanted it to look a lot of the design was down to
me to decide so I enjoyed creating it and making the blog my
own.
