I am seeking a key role position in the field of engineering/management/construction (oil
and gas projects) in which I will be able to establish, develop, implement and improve a
related process approach endorses the applied working system flow and keep it on a
continual evolving and effectiveness increasing manners.
Since my fundamental involvements in construction industries were mainly focused on
quality assurance and quality control / construction, this matter enquired quiet big part of
time to be spent on site plants to practically oversee the events and ensuring the product is
coming up to an acceptable final condition and in compliance with the imposed
specifications and procedures.
Now I am eager for a position in which I am going to hone and enhance my managerial
skills and knowledge and in which I could leverage a project in a professional way in order
to reach the final target without delay, obstacles or any sticking points and the main goal

Preparing and establishing an Event Chain Diagram that shows the relationships

Establishment of all project related problems the relevant case study which is a
detailed research method which involves an in depth, longitudinal examination of a
single instance or event, providing a systematic way of looking at events, collecting
data, analyzing information and reporting results.
Establish the Risk Assessment Basic tips and Guidelines in order to
illuminate the notion to all parties and commence to apply it for all different
manners in the project.
Interactivity with clients for field modification and alternate work methods
for job completion.
Forecasting, arranging and updating material requirements for the planned
job in order to achieve the target and smoothly push forward the
construction work.
Ensuring the entire adhesion of various quality standards’ as well as
monitoring and evaluating all safety performances to improve the HSE
coherence.
Plan, organize and monitor the human resources parallelism along with the
scope of work, materials, machinery’s and consumables in relation to project
execution.
Liaison with clients, consultants regarding scope of work, completion
targets, field change approvals, site instruction, PCN’s, etc.
Ensuring that everyone on the team knows and executes his or her role, feels
empowered and supported in the role, developing the project plan, managing the
project stakeholders, managing the project team, managing the project risk,
managing the project schedule, managing the project budget, managing the project
conflicts.
From Quality Assurance and Quality Control Aspect, establishing of the project
quality plan, quality procedures, method statements, inspection and testing plans,
PQR’s and WPS’s for all type of material grades.
Oversee the WQT execution along with the pertinent welder certificates
preparation and issuance as per the project specified standards and codes.

Following up the implementation of civil works such as asphalt activities,
concrete foundation and grout casting along with their pertinent tests,
surveying inspection monitoring, installation of structural members, all
equipment’s activities (internaland external up to final boxing up stage), all
rotating equipment’s work up to final alignment stage.
Checking and verifying the painting, fireproofing, insulation, electricalheat
tracing, bolt tensioning activities, shrouding etc. as per the impose specified
project standard and specification.
Ensuring and maintaining all the quality documents that being daily issued
through the Dept. for the continual daily activities such as DWR’s
preparation, welding maps updates, RFI’s Issuance with consideration of
relevant categories, monitoring the nonconformity on a steady track by
NCR’s issuance and following up the recuperative/corrective actions for the
final closure, issuance of CAN’s and tracking of their closures, internal
auditing implementation for verifying the internal system effectiveness,
confirming the systematic execution of calibration target to be applied on all
the deployed equipment’s/tools.
All the above mentioned duties have been executed in accordance to the applicable
codes and standards ASME, API, ASTM, AISC, AWWA, ANSI, NACE, DNV,
EN & ISO, SNIP and GHOST.
Supervising the preparation of Mechanical Completion Dossier and
monitoring up the pertinent ACS checklists and ITR’s as per every discipline
category.
Issuing the deviation TQ’s/concession requests and proposing the corrective
actions in order to square up the discrepancy.
Monitoring up the issuance of RFI’s in accordance to construction daily
work schedule and requirements for several disciplines such as Civil activities
which comprises Grouting, Compaction tests, surveying, formworks, casting,
roads and road shoulders, anchor bolts preservations, bolts tightening, etc.,
for mechanical, equipments, fireproofing, shrouding, painting and building
up the pertinent RFI’s log in consistency with the relevant ITP.
Preparing the sub-contractors comparison sheet as QA/QC wise as per
many factors.
Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible
solutions.
Lead internal team, task force.
Review the status report of team members and address issues as appropriate.
Deliver engaging, informative, well organized presentations.
Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Determine and document any areas that may need enhancement.

during my practical tenure, I toured around through many
organizations which served the construction field, most of them
deemed to be famous and well known by their internal applied quality
management system and specific project management imposed policy,
such a round among variety of procedures and systems really
strengthened my quality sense and turned me from embryonic
engineer to a real project leader.
At the time being I am holding the position of Certification /
ROK Dept manager in Abu Dhabi Plaza Project in Astana –
Kazakhstan, this task started since 01/08/2013 with
CCCArabTech JV, the project considered to be “Mega
Project”, the project significance is an internal governmental
agreement between UAE and the republic of Kazakhstan, the
project considered to be the tallest tower within

CIS/Kazakhstan region, it constitutes of retail business
establishment, residential, offices, hotels and serviced
apartments, construction of complex provided three phases,
the complex has main function blocks as following, Block H
– Block R – Block O – Block Y – Podium P – Podium V –
Basement B and Basement U.
I worked in Kazakhstan with Consolidated Contractors
Company, since 15 January 2012, Ijoined KASHAGAN field
development experimental program facilities, construction
marine complex Island A, D and Riser, hook up,
precommissioing and commissioning assistance project in
Caspian Sea offshore-KAZAKHSTAN, as the CIS country
legal system imposes a certain restrictions, Kazakhstan
governmental authorities don’t accredit the final handover
package which has been generated by CONTRACTOR and
approved by CONTRACTO HOLDER, but the ROK system
urges to re generate different ROK Dossiers and practical logs
which will show the historical records of the project and will
document each single event happened, I am now heading the
team crew which constitutes of 50 persons working on the
hand over package preparation and issuance and as per the
procedure and specification Iam issuing many types of the
inspection documents such as SQD’s, MC’s,DAC’s, Generic
Dossier and ROK package, Iam taking over the responsibility
of closing out the project as quality wise and contract wise
under the title of Deputy QA/QC Manager.
Since 5 November 2008 till 8 January 2012, Ihold a position
of Deputy QA/QC Manager in Consolidated Contractors
Company in KAZAKHSTAN, Kashagan Sulphur Project
Atyrau onshore, the official project identification is Kashagan
field experimental program construction project, during this
spell of timing I carried out all the responsibilities, assignments
and duties of the QA/QC manager and I held the formal
PRIKAZ of Kazakhstan country which enabled me to sign all
the relevant governmental QA/QC documents, in the same
project and up to a certain phase of completion I was
promoted to tale the rein of the project itself after the project
director departure under the title of Company Representative
and for around ten months till we gained the provisional
acceptance certificate under my name we successfully
completed the project.
From the period of 8 October 2007 up to 12 October 2008
in Consolidated Contractors Company, Ethylene Refinery
Project, Ahmady Harbor, KUWAIT I held a position of
Senior QA/QC Engineer and I acted as Deputy QA/QC

Manager since I was responsible for all quality issues involved
in the project in relation to several disciplines such as
mechanical, civil, electrical, piping, etc……
From the period of 8 of August 2006 up to 1 of January
2007 in BONATTI Company, Hamid Station Pipe Line
Construction including the main receiver and launcher
manifold as QA/QC Engineer responsible for the overall
quality system surveillance, auditing and monitoring
performance of all the welding activitieson the plant whether
piping, structural and equipment’s, moreover I had the mantle
of preparing, verifying and approving all the quality
documents/procedures that have been deployed during the
construction time, the final handover package that was
officially dispatched to the client WINTERSHALL Germany
was prepared and approved by me and by the third party
Germinscher Loyd’s.
From the period of 15 August 2005 up to 1 of August 2006
in IEMSA IMPIANTI International S.r.L Egypt Branch,
ALEX Fertilizer Project Abu Qir forth phase as QA/QC
Engineer, my mantles were mainly the supervision and follow
up the welding activities for several and sundry types of
material grades such as Incoloy, Inconel 800H, X20,
13CRMO, X10CRMOVN-B9, 15MO3, Duplex SS, etc., I
used to witness and verify the thermal heat treatment activities
and ensure the correctness of PWHT charts and cycles, Ihad
to execute hands on all types of NDT such as RT, PT, MT
etc., one of my most important mantles in this job was the
preparation and issuance of the construction packages from
the stage of Engineering approval till the end of reinstatement
stage.
From the period of 1 October 2004 till 6 August 2005 in
BECHTEL Overseas Company, LNG Project (Liquefied
Natural Gas), IDKU-Alexandria, this station was designed and
established in order to produce a nominal production of 3.6
million metric tons per anum (340 stream days) of LNG using
the Phillips optimized cascade process, Iworked as General
Site Supervisor and I was mainly responsible for the
coordination between all project departments, establishing and
implementing the client communication channels,
coordinating the production quality control plan for all
activities, monitoring all financial targets, collecting the related
data to manpower, material, equipment’s, tools to be subjected
to continual analysis in order to meet the needs and
requirements of the project in each stage, establishing the
maintenance plan and follow it’s execution, etc.

From the period of 15 December 2002 up to 15 November
2004 in EMC San Masr Company part of the Egyptian oil
general organization, location of work was SUMID refinery in
SIDI KRIR and nature of contract was oil tanks maintenance,
during this timescale Iwas working as construction site
engineer responsible for all maintenance and repair work
implemented on several tanks such as the floating roofs and
fixed roofs, we started the operation from the stage of
desludging the tanks up to the final stage of testing to SUMID
Company.
From the period of 22 April 2002 up to 1 December 2002 in
AICS Factory Alexandria Industrial Construction Service
under license of Lentjes service Gmbh, this factory was
specialized in the industry of vessels and heat exchangers, I
joined as QA/QC engineer and my main mantles were the
whole supervision and overseeing on the related fabrication
process on all heat exchangers, vessels, tube sheets, baffles,
drums and boilers starting from the material receiving and it’s
inspection for correctness and well weldability including all
industry stages till final handover and documentation.
From the period of 1 December 2000 up to 30 June 2001 in
PETROBEL Company TEMSAH GAS Plant execution, I
joined as QA/QC Engineer and in this time I was taking over
all the NDT responsibilities along with the visual inspection
on site for welded spools and joints, I witnessed as well the
execution of PWHT and I had a brush with the test pack
works.
From the period of 3 November 1999 up to 3 November
2000 I had to complete my university training in TECHNIP
Company for one year in order to complete my graduation
program, I joined MIDOR Project, Middle East Oil Refinery
as QA/QC Junior Engineer and during this time I came
across all the construction activities which being implemented
on site and through the quality Dept. I delved inside the main
responsibility of inspection crew and I understood the stages
of inspection and monitoring the product till final stages, I
fathomed as well the importance of recording of actions and
steps in order to keep the evidenced records for an product
and by that time I completed my program and I came back to
Mary Land USA in order to gain my degree.
