I am seeking employment, either in Planner/P6 Scheduler with a company where my proven leadership skills and
construction experience would be of great value.
Professional Profile:
I am a very self-motivated person who enjoys working as a team leader, but more importantly a team member, to
overcome any challenges that may arise while bringing projects in safely, on time and on budget. I have a wide
variety of experience pre staging and prioritizing projects, coordinating materials, and supervising labor to complete
projects safely, efficiently and on time. I am also quite proficient at communicating thoughts and plans verbally and
in writing to ensure the best outcome. I have been in the construction and fabrication field since 1975 and in that
time I have amassed a wide array of skills consisting of everything from Planning and Scheduling of work to actual
fabrication and installation of structural and piping components for routine maintenance, duty cycle planning and
new construction. Tracking and monitoring of Project progress including Engineering, Procurement, Construction,
Commissioning and Installation. I have worked in most construction and fabrication environments, from Pipelines to
Paper mills, Cogeneration Boilers to large Power Plants, Petroleum Refineries and Chemical Plants both inside and
outside the United States.
Relevant Experience:
 Over 25 years of exposure with various companies locally and abroad.
 Professionally Trained in P6. Well versed in Microsoft Office.
 Build up, maintain and process Master Project Schedule by using Primavera.
 Provide the necessary plans/schedules to ensure the development of proper estimates and studies
within a project stage and for sanction.
 Recognize opportunities and resource optimizations to most efficiently execute the planned set of
activities.
 Experience scheduling and pre staged tools and materials for literally hundreds of projects both large
and small including large system shut downs.
 Ensure timing of deliverables by contractors are adequately defined and subsequently tracked to
avoid any delay or disruption to the Project
 I am very fluent in reading, interpreting, and implementing all types of Piping and Instrumentation
Diagrams, and Drawings including Isometric and Ortho’s.
 Extensive inspection and troubleshooting experience with piping specifications including physically
walking down each system to ensure that all valves, bolts, flanges, gaskets, and instrumentation had
been installed properly, to industry specifications and relevant safety codes and standards. Exposed
to RT, VT, MT and PT. Capable of new and used equipment evaluations.
 Preformed hydro and nitrogen pressure tests on multiple systems and all types of piping configurations for
various applications.
 World class fitter with years of training, and on the job experience in all methods of welding,
manufacturing and Installation.
 Fluent in current industry standard in safety, construction, and piping and industrial design
codes and regulations.
