- Prepare tracking sheet to find the resources (Men, Material and Machineries) are match

- Prepare two weeks look ahead program for construction and engineering activities to
avoid forthcoming delays.
- Assistance the Project manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and corrective
action to be taken.
- Prepare and presentation (in MS office and P6) to Engineer’s for EoT claim about the

engineering activities to mitigate forthcoming delays and on time project completion.

Key Deliverables.
- Review and approve/comment on Clause 14.1 or 8.3 programmes as submitted by the
contractor and ensure the programme is in compliance with the overall project, Time,
Resources and Cost loaded programme, resources allocation as per contractor
productivity norms. Cost allocation as per BOQ. Critical activities verification and
confirmation of the programme including the activities related to Client Nominated
contractors and ensure the programme is in compliance with the overall project, design
and procurement schedule as submitted by the contractor and ensure the schedule are in
compliance and co-ordinate with current and overall project schedule.
- Review and continually monitor, against approved schedule, the contractor’s major
construction progress. Identify the root cause of any delay event and report to Project
Manager with recommended corrective action.
- Review in detail the Recovery Schedule as submitted by the contractors and ensure
manpower and site supervision staffs are increased appropriately, visit project Sites to
validate whether the progress of work on site is in compliance with approved schedules,
ensure major milestones have been monitored and report any deficiencies to Project
Manager, review daily, weekly and monthly updated programmes and progress reports
submitted by contractor and report any deficiencies and recommend corrective action
required to Project Manager.
- Delay claims verification and finalisation with client representative on the Project
progress, consent programme utilising Condition of contract, FIDIC, the society of
construction law delay and disruption protocol and forensic schedule analysis.
- Review and evaluate any claims, involving time impact as submitted by contractor and
report with assessment to Project Manager, field design changes and trend notices and
assessment of time impact, if any.
- Review contract documents (Contract conditions, scope of works, drawings …etc.),
contract time schedule, as-built time schedule and verify actual dates, list of delay events
and identify priorities with the Client.
- Prepare a detailed report for the issues including recommendation and course of actions
required to improve contractual entitlements.
- Prepare time impact analysis for every individual event and consolidated time impact
analysis for all delay events to calculate the client entitlement.
- Prepare Master Program and Presentation to client for their approval (in PMC) and
distributed and coordination to contractors for developing detail program based on master
program. The initial stage project program for concept design, Schematic design, and
Tender package for major subcontractor works, detailed design program and initial
approval getting from government authority and all packages deliverable dates are
adequate related to project tender program and detailed program. Highlighting
deficiencies to the consultants, contractor and subcontractor to make amendments to the
related activities in the program.

Identify the root cause of any delay event and report to Project Manager with recommended corrective action. - Review in detail the Recovery Schedule as submitted by the contractors and ensure manpower and site supervision staffs are increased appropriately, visit project Sites to validate whether the progress of work on site is in compliance with approved schedules, ensure major milestones have been monitored and report any deficiencies to Project Manager, review daily, weekly and monthly updated programmes and progress reports submitted by contractor and report any deficiencies and recommend corrective action required to Project Manager. - Delay claims verification and finalisation with client representative on the Project progress, consent programme utilising Condition of contract, FIDIC, the society of construction law delay and disruption protocol and forensic schedule analysis. - Review and evaluate any claims, involving time impact as submitted by contractor and report with assessment to Project Manager, field design changes and trend notices and assessment of time impact, if any.
