Production Planning & Control Engineer
o Responsible for managing a variety of projects related to the ongoing advocacy, planning, and design with a
specific focus on various Projects.
o Feasibility study, development of a comprehensive planning and phasing strategy, engagement with the
community and other project stakeholders, identifying and managing all required approvals, and
coordinating with the developer of the site.
o Project Planning/Scheduling, Tracking and Monitoring of Schedule and progress using Primavera Project
Planner (P3), Preparation of CPM/PERT plan with WBS along with Histograms & S curve.
o Inspection looks ahead plan as per Inspection test plan.
o Plan, monitor and control the development of the project scheduling requirements including; development
of early work schedule, baseline master schedule, progress measurement, forecasting, maintenance of the
current schedule, resource and manpower planning, the reporting of variances from plan and the
development of recovery plans for consideration by the Project Manager.
o Analyses estimated quantities, man-hours, and cost data for all segments of work in support of project plan
development and performance measurement system.
o Developing an overall schedule comprising Engineering, Procurement and Construction using Primavera;

working relationships with the engineering, construction and supplier community.
o Plan, develop and implement strategies, policies, procedures, and work standards to effectively organize
and control the design and construction for all projects.
o Developing Design, Construction and Operator schedules, as well as estimating time element of change of
orders and incorporating within the schedules.
o Coordinating with Project manager and implementing their feedback in to the program as per conditions of
the Contract and analyzing the various programs to mitigate/negotiate the Contractor’s Program for time
extension, & variation works.
o Data churning, data mining, weekly/monthly MI & look-ahead schedules to Management facilitating decision
making.
o Facilitate customers on the testing and commissioning of the equipment and systems. Preparing the project
close-out report. Providing the assessments on the project execution including plan, quality and budget,
managing the technical interface with the customers.
o Planning & monitoring the approved schedules, reviewing the contractor’s major construction progress and
ensure that the Resources are adequate.
o Reviewing and approving / commenting on the Design schedules / procurement schedules/Construction
Schedules/ recovery schedules and ensuring the respective schedules are in compliance with the overall
project schedule.
o Planning and Project Control responsibilities including managing the changes and their impact due to
improvements and Value Engineering on Design and Construction.
o Pre & Post Tender Planning / Scheduling, tender compilation & submissions, meetings and negotiations with
