2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assure that the project activities are carried-out in accordance with the Contract’s related
documents such as: Drawings, Quality and EH&S Plans, Method Statements, ITPs and
the related specifications/standards.
Taking part in the definition of the corrective actions and ensuring the correct
implementation of the resolution of any nonconformity.
Ensuring that the inspections and tests are carried out in conformity with the field quality
control Plan and obtaining the relevant documentation.
Co-ordinate construction activities with QA/QC and EH&S managers to ensure
compliance with approved plans.
Ensure contractor’s EH&S plan & procedures implemented at site.
Review Shop drawings, Bar Bending schedule Method Statement & Inspection Test Plan
as per work & Project specification.
Frequency of Tests; In accordance with the relevant standards & section requirements
Liaison with the Team members and Contractor on all matters related to project time and
cost aspects;
