As Engineering TECH workingfor TxDOT I took onthe responsibilityof managinga multitude of
responsibilitiescentered around a project manager’s role. As the project leadI managedvarious
lifecycle processes of moderate to highlybudgetedgovernment transportationconstruction

These jobresponsibilities in regards to the management of the overall project lifecycle are

2. Furthermore, I managed constructioninspections and checkedup on non-routine contract maintenance, post project
completion, to validate qualityworkmanship andproper up=keepmethods were beingfollowed. This was to ensure the
contractors built andmaintainedthe highwaystructures in accordance with plans andspecifications that wouldmaximize
the longevityof the structurallifespan.

systemI oversaw the installation ofoverheadstreet lampposts ona 30-mile stretchof 1604 from Helotes to Universal
City.
Along withbeing lead inspecificallyexplicit projects I waspart of a collaborative project, the 281 Wurzbachpkwy
expansion, and managed various aspects of the overall project. Suchindividualprojects I managedon this jobwere the
constructionandinstallationof multiple overheadsignbridesalong on281 betweenbitters and Wurzbach pkwy.
On this Wurzbach Pkyproject I alsomanaged DailyEvaluatingof working conditions to ensure compliance with safety,
laws andregulations, contract specifications, and departmentalprocedures. Alsomade judgments for replacement,
rehabilitation, or structural maintenance for this contract.
Along withthis routine communicationamongst the subcontractors of this expansionproject I was in charge of the
payments for the Wurzbachpkwyoverpass construction phase. Payments were calculatedon weeklypercentage of
completionand or each subsidiarycompletion ofa projects phase, including partial payments for larger phasesto maintain
project overhead.
