projects/contracts, ranging from5 millionto 50 milliondollars.
 These jobresponsibilities in regards to the management of the overall project lifecycle are
applicable fromthe initial preparation ofthe projects planningthroughe xecutionandall the way
to verifyingpunchlist completionanddirectingfollow-up maintenance.
 During this initial project phase myduties includedcontributions to the pre -project planning
meetings withallthe contract entities suchas the design engineer, contractors, subcontractors and
all other project partymembers.
 While attendingthese meetings, I wouldreview planspecifications and estimates, go over the
project phasesandthe sequence ofeachcontractor’s role to ensure a seamlessexecutionof
project processing, milestone deadlines andsmoothtransitions between contractor contributions
to job functions.
 During this preplanningphase, it wasimportant that I exercised effective communicationto clearly
define all project variables andensure compliance to regulations set bythe engineering and
government code specifications requirements were to be upheld.
 I wouldexercise logic andreasoning to define problems, establishfacts, draw validconclusions,
and make decisions that support the overall business objectives and goals.
 During the executionphase of each project the jobresponsibilitiescentered around, Leading,
assigning, reviewing andmonitoring the workof the contractors.
 I managedthe implementationof efficient planning, coordinating, andhandling of multiple

delays in the timeline.
 When a problem arouse I would consult withthe engineer andcontractors to mitigate the issue and/or managed any
change orders if deviations to the plans were deemed necessaryafter installation.
 PerformedDailyinspections of each jobsite andconsultations with the contractors regarding project estimates,
scheduling, progress, andfiling other documentationas needed.
 Managedroutine project inspections of sites to ensure work was done up to code, documenting anydeficiencies found
and relaying thisinformationto the contractor with a 72-hour compliance policyto resolve suchdeficiencies.
