blasting & painting, commissioning.- Project Value : 13 million US Dollars
 Replacement of unidirectional meter prover by bidirectional prover for enhancement of crude oil metering facility - Project
Value : 1.5 million US Dollars
 Construction of High and Low pressure Surge Relief Skids at receiving manifold area inside Fujairah tank farm terminal to
reduce surge pressure.
 Installation of GRE Pipe Flow lines which are Connecting Well heads to RGMS (Remote gathering manifold station) at Harweel

Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Integration Management:
 To initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close the projects to deliver it on time and on budget.
 Completing the projects within the constraints of scope, time, cost, resources, Moreover foreseeing, monitoring and controlling
the risks effectively through Risk management plan, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
 Implementing the integrated change controlling process for approving and documenting the change request to various project
documents.
 Monitoring and controlling the different phases of the projects in order to achieve the set objectives.
 Monitoring and controlling the activities such as scheduling, budgeting, reporting, inspection, risk management, communication,
contract administration.
 Collecting the data of the various executing process, cascading to project team members and senior management. Moreover
preparing lesson learned and implementing it.
 To ensure the setting of realistic and achievable boundaries to the project execution.
 Leading and motivating the construction team members in order to complete the scope of work, mile stones achievements and
without Lost time injury(LTI)
HSE Management:
 Playing an active role in assessing risk, controlling risk, Moreover understanding the responsibility and accountability in
reducing or eliminating the risks at work location.
 Implementing and strictly adhering to permit to work system.
 Promote HSE awareness and ensure that all Project HSE requirements are implemented.
 Identify the potential construction hazards at work location in line with work process and to execute Task risk assessments in
order to reduce the risk as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).
 Ensure that all construction contractors, subcontractor’s work force are instructed to comply with all aspects of Company Health
& Safety guidelines, Emergency response procedure, Environment and Security policy, site regulations, and permit to work
procedures, instructions and Client requirements.
 Encourage the reporting culture of near misses, in order to prevent future accidents by implementing the necessary preventive &
control measures.
 Make sure the presence of an emergency procedure and assisting during mock drill situation.
 Displaying and cascading the safety information, lesson learned on health and safety topics to the work force.
 Participating in Safety audit and ensure the close out action for findings are done as per recommendation in timely manner.
 Confirm the mandatory HSE trainings are given to contractor work force as per approved contract HSE plan training matrix to
increase their skill level.
Scope Management:
 To ensure the total project works are subdivided into smaller and more manageable work break down structure (WBS) through
decomposition technique.
 Make sure the total scope base line is reflected in work break down structure. (WBS)
 Validating the scope and formalizing the acceptance of the completed project deliverables and works which enhance the project
closing process.
 Performing variance analysis for determining the cause and degree of difference between the approved scope base line and actual
work at site.
 Make sure the approved change request have an effect on project scope, WBS, WBS dictionary and project deliverables.
Time and Cost Management:
 To ensure the project schedule and progress reports are developed as per schedule management plan.
 Make sure the significant events of the project are identified as project mille stones and validating the reported progress as per
actual site condition.
 Cross checking the sequence of activities, whether logically interlinked in order to have the realistic project schedule.
 Implementing techniques such as resource leveling, smoothing, crashing and fast tracking if required during project execution.
 Performing trend analysis to examine the project performance over a time period to determine whether performance is improving
or deteriorating trend.
 Comparing the progress along the critical path and analyzing the variance to determine the impact to the project completion date.
 Managing and controlling the project cost in order to complete the project within approved budget.
 Ensure that the project activities are allocated with adequate resources such as material, work force, equipment’s, duration, etc.
Quality Management:
 Adhering to the project quality management plan.
 Implementing the tools and techniques of quality assurance to prevent the quality cost involved in correction after work
inspection.
 Ensure the project works are in line with PQP, QCP, ITP, WPS, PQR, MS and issuing NCR during the event of non-conformance.
 Monitoring and recording the results of quality control to assess performance and recommend necessary corrective action.
 Reviewing the lab test reports and checking its compliance with project specifications.
Risk Management:
 Implementing the tools and techniques of risk management plan.
 Identify which risk may affect the project completion date and documenting the risk characteristic.
 Performing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to understand the effect of risk on overall project objectives baselines (Time,
cost, scope)
Procurement Management:
 Familiar with various types of contracts.
 Review the technical parameters of vendor’s submission and checking its adherence to project specifications.
 Review and approve the material approval request (MAR)
 Ensure the long lead items, project materials for its timely delivery as per procurement schedule.
 Performing material inspection at site and ensuring its proper storage as per vendor or manufacturer technical data sheet
Construction Management:
 Implementing the contract terms and conditions.
 Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
 Review & Approve the contractor’s submissions.( Planning package , Material approval request , Method of statement, Task risk
assessment ,shop drawings ,Technical query, Nonconformance report, As built drawings, Test packs, Constructions Dossiers etc.)
 Study and analyze the relevant IFC drawings, Project specifications, applicable codes & standards in order to execute the project
works.
 To verify the drawings & method of statement provide adequate instructions for the work and advice the Construction Manager
of any deficiencies or clarification needed.
 To check the project deliverables approvals, IFC drawings, material availability, man power and equipment deployment
schedule, sub-contractor or vendor mobilization are inline to approved planning package. So that right progress levels can be
achieved.
 To ensure the construction works at site are executed as per latest approved issued for construction drawings and project
deliverables.
 Monitor construction productivity, schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide
recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions.
 Carry out inspection, surveillance, witnessing for finished project works, Moreover ensuring the comments are recorded and
cascaded to contractors officially.
 Set targets, objectives and clear responsibilities for supervisory staff and progressively monitor individual performance against
the allocated task.
 Review and approve the system test packs and including its test limits.
 Participating in completion walk down and compile punch list for the pending activities on the system before testing.
 Monitoring and controlling the Piping weld map preparation, Fabrication, welding, painting, Erection, pneumatic cleaning of
spools, Hydro Testing and Tie-in works.
 Experienced in pipelines Construction activities such as , Excavation , Lifting, Stringing, Welding, Lowering of pipe, NDT
testing, Coating of Welded Joints, Holiday testing, Road crossing installation, Pigging, hydro testing
 Experienced in installation, erection of Structures, Static and Rotary equipment’s.
 Executed the Refurbishment of Floating Roof Crude Oil Storage Tank (1 million barrel capacity) in tank farm (isolation, oil
transfer, desuldging, off stream inspection, mechanical repairs, Hydro testing, blasting and painting, GFRP lining.)
 Executed Utility Piping Installations such as, open & closed drain, Fire water system, Foam Suppression, Water Supply,
Drainage, and HVAC including its Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities.
 Expertise in installation of Non -metallic piping such as GRE, GRP, GRVE, PPR UPVC, HDPE for both A/G & U/G services.
 Installed 8” High pressure threaded GRE flow lines form well heads to remote gathering station & GFRP lining for crude oil
tank bottom and annular plates
 Experienced in Civil Construction activities such as Stripping, Excavation, Compaction, FDD, MDD test, Shuttering,
Reinforcement, Concrete Placement, Concrete Curing, U/G &A/G Coating, Water Proofing, Concrete surface Repairs, Fixing of
Anchor Bolts & Grouting, Erecting of Steel Structures, Bolt Torqueing, and Grouting of base plate and Backfilling, and
Construction of Asphalt Roads. .
 Experienced also in Electrical and Instrumentation construction work such as Trench excavation, Pre-padding, Cable laying,

Duties and Responsibilities: Project Integration Management:  To initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close the projects to deliver it on time and on budget.  Completing the projects within the constraints of scope, time, cost, resources, Moreover foreseeing, monitoring and controlling the risks effectively through Risk management plan, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.  Implementing the integrated change controlling process for approving and documenting the change request to various project documents.  Monitoring and controlling the different phases of the projects in order to achieve the set objectives.  Monitoring and controlling the activities such as scheduling, budgeting, reporting, inspection, risk management, communication, contract administration.  Collecting the data of the various executing process, cascading to project team members and senior management. Moreover preparing lesson learned and implementing it.  To ensure the setting of realistic and achievable boundaries to the project execution.  Leading and motivating the construction team members in order to complete the scope of work, mile stones achievements and without Lost time injury(LTI) HSE Management:  Playing an active role in assessing risk, controlling risk, Moreover understanding the responsibility and accountability in reducing or eliminating the risks at work location.  Implementing and strictly adhering to permit to work system.  Promote HSE awareness and ensure that all Project HSE requirements are implemented.  Identify the potential construction hazards at work location in line with work process and to execute Task risk assessments in order to reduce the risk as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).  Ensure that all construction contractors, subcontractor’s work force are instructed to comply with all aspects of Company Health & Safety guidelines, Emergency response procedure, Environment and Security policy, site regulations, and permit to work procedures, instructions and Client requirements.  Encourage the reporting culture of near misses, in order to prevent future accidents by implementing the necessary preventive & control measures.  Make sure the presence of an emergency procedure and assisting during mock drill situation.  Displaying and cascading the safety information, lesson learned on health and safety topics to the work force.  Participating in Safety audit and ensure the close out action for findings are done as per recommendation in timely manner.  Confirm the mandatory HSE trainings are given to contractor work force as per approved contract HSE plan training matrix to increase their skill level. Scope Management:  To ensure the total project works are subdivided into smaller and more manageable work break down structure (WBS) through decomposition technique.  Make sure the total scope base line is reflected in work break down structure. (WBS)  Validating the scope and formalizing the acceptance of the completed project deliverables and works which enhance the project closing process.  Performing variance analysis for determining the cause and degree of difference between the approved scope base line and actual work at site.  Make sure the approved change request have an effect on project scope, WBS, WBS dictionary and project deliverables.

Time and Cost Management:  To ensure the project schedule and progress reports are developed as per schedule management plan.  Make sure the significant events of the project are identified as project mille stones and validating the reported progress as per actual site condition.  Cross checking the sequence of activities, whether logically interlinked in order to have the realistic project schedule.  Implementing techniques such as resource leveling, smoothing, crashing and fast tracking if required during project execution.  Performing trend analysis to examine the project performance over a time period to determine whether performance is improving or deteriorating trend.  Comparing the progress along the critical path and analyzing the variance to determine the impact to the project completion date.  Managing and controlling the project cost in order to complete the project within approved budget.  Ensure that the project activities are allocated with adequate resources such as material, work force, equipment’s, duration, etc. Quality Management:  Adhering to the project quality management plan.  Implementing the tools and techniques of quality assurance to prevent the quality cost involved in correction after work inspection.  Ensure the project works are in line with PQP, QCP, ITP, WPS, PQR, MS and issuing NCR during the event of non-conformance.  Monitoring and recording the results of quality control to assess performance and recommend necessary corrective action.  Reviewing the lab test reports and checking its compliance with project specifications. Risk Management:  Implementing the tools and techniques of risk management plan.  Identify which risk may affect the project completion date and documenting the risk characteristic.  Performing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to understand the effect of risk on overall project objectives baselines (Time, cost, scope) Procurement Management:  Familiar with various types of contracts.  Review the technical parameters of vendor’s submission and checking its adherence to project specifications.  Review and approve the material approval request (MAR)  Ensure the long lead items, project materials for its timely delivery as per procurement schedule.  Performing material inspection at site and ensuring its proper storage as per vendor or manufacturer technical data sheet Construction Management:  Implementing the contract terms and conditions.  Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.  Review & Approve the contractor’s submissions.( Planning package , Material approval request , Method of statement, Task risk assessment ,shop drawings ,Technical query, Nonconformance report, As built drawings, Test packs, Constructions Dossiers etc.)  Study and analyze the relevant IFC drawings, Project specifications, applicable codes & standards in order to execute the project works.  To verify the drawings & method of statement provide adequate instructions for the work and advice the Construction Manager of any deficiencies or clarification needed.  To check the project deliverables approvals, IFC drawings, material availability, man power and equipment deployment schedule, sub-contractor or vendor mobilization are inline to approved planning package. So that right progress levels can be achieved.  To ensure the construction works at site are executed as per latest approved issued for construction drawings and project deliverables.  Monitor construction productivity, schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions.  Carry out inspection, surveillance, witnessing for finished project works, Moreover ensuring the comments are recorded and cascaded to contractors officially.  Set targets, objectives and clear responsibilities for supervisory staff and progressively monitor individual performance against the allocated task.  Review and approve the system test packs and including its test limits.  Participating in completion walk down and compile punch list for the pending activities on the system before testing.
