3. Introduction to Light
• Visible light is an electromagnetic waves that act
on eyes causing the sensation of vision.
• The visible light consists of 7 colours called the
colours of spectrum.

Spectra
• Making simple spectroscope
We use the materials
and tools to build our
simple spectrometer
by covering one end
Of the cardboard tube
And making a narrow slit on the cover.

• Results : when we direct the covered end to the light
and look from the other end we can see the color of
spectrum.
• Conclusion: when light passes through the narrow
slit it splits into seven colours.

• Objective: observing diffraction in ripple tank

Making waves we can observe the change in wave shape
when they pass through the open and the change
increase as the open between the blocks is narrower,

art on the opposing wall that looks like Doha towers.

• With the use of our curtains; the user will not need
to purchase an additional wall art. The holes in the
curtain reflex the skyscraper shape of Doha towers
in the opposing wall. Our product also reduced the
power consumption as sunlight will replace the
artificial indoor lights.
• The cost of our curtain is same as that of a normal
curtain but the benefits is a lot more.
