3. MIDDLE LEVEAL MANAGEMENT
All the functional departmental
heads come under the category of
middle level managers. The

Participate in operating decisions.

management.

4. SUPERVISORY OR
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
The bottom level managers come under this category .This level includes
foreman, supervisors, finance and accounts officers sales officers etc. The main
functions of supervisory managers are given bellow .
Assign workers to different jobs and task.
Watch hour-to- hour results.
Report feed- back information daily.
