Every one have some week point but no one display his/her weakness in
front of everyone. Many people week in managing people and they don’t
admit it but in the inner side we all admits that we need to improve our
leadership skills. And there is always a time to improve our selves.
Megan tough introduce 10 tips to improve our leadership skills: Get a
reality check, don’t use the power of your position, don’t think of
employees as things that need to be controlled, listen and listen, stop
providing solutions, always be constructive, judge your success by the
success of your team, don’t do things if they look good, include humor
and let people get to know the real you.

improvement in the way we lead others.
