This presentation discusses leadership development. It notes that without leadership, organizations experience friction, confusion, and underperformance. The presentation defines leadership as establishing a vision, sharing it with others so they follow willingly, and providing knowledge and methods to achieve the vision. Six key leadership traits are identified: drive, desire to lead, integrity, self-confidence, intelligence, and job-relevant knowledge.
