This document outlines an exercise for participants to identify and discuss leadership characteristics. It instructs participants to break into groups based on the leadership want ads they most identify with. Each group then expands on the ad's desired characteristics. Through clustering attributes, the groups create lists of the top 5 management and leadership criteria. Participants then self-evaluate against their group's lists and provide each other feedback. The document prompts a debriefing discussion around reactions to different groups' outputs, new perspectives on leadership, and how participants will apply insights in their roles.
