This document describes an activity where participants are split into groups. Each person receives a question card with a question to ask others. They interview people from other groups, asking their question and answering the question on the other person's card. They take notes on the responses. Afterwards, participants share impressions from the interview process with their group, discussing what they learned that was unexpected, what was worth sharing with others, and the question that remained with them and why. The goal is to have real conversations that widen their leadership reach through learning from others.
