My vision is 'capable organisations'. I am dedicated to developing lasting relationships with organisations seeking assistance in achieving their goals. Specific areas I work in include supporting organisational development, facilitating group processes, strategic and operational planning, educating project managers, assisting in the development of governance and human resources processes, and leadership and management training. My approach to business and life has been shaped by many influences, including the standards and pragmatism of my wife, Peta-Anne, the integrity and honesty of my parents, and the commitment and engagement of my early mentors at Andersen Consulting.
