Comply with all statutory obligations & laise with govt. agencies.
WAGE & SALARY ADMINISTRATION:
Prepare roll for employees & Issue Form 16 for all employees.
Monitor the details of increment, promotion or upgradation and feed the data’s for
preparing payroll.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
Identify training needs, Plan accordingly & Implement induction programmes for
new recruits to orient them to the company.

Conduct training programmes as per the trg. calendar & evaluate its efficiency.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:
Organise monthly & weekly meetings.
Maintain & effective communication & awareness on safety, Health.
Monitoring General Administration requirements like canteen, housekeeping,
Uniform, transport & Security.
Maintaining HRIS & preparation of all the reports of the company.
Maintain all records related HR & Admin Depts.
