Admin dept and to update the latest HR trends.
PROFILE SUMMARY:
 Hands on experience in HR & Admin functions in various organizations.
 Handling day to day administration activities in coordination with external/internal depts..
 Experience in preparing of SOP for all depts. & supervise the implementation of policies &
procedures formed by corporate office.

PERSONNEL & HR MGMT:
 Forecast & Establish manpower requirements & resources based on manufacturing
program.
 In-charge of Time office functions, Attendance & leave records.
 Organise interviews & check employee referrals.
 Assessment of the employees performance & Prepare ACR’s & Submit to corporate
office for promotion/ up gradation & annual increments& issue orders for the same.
 Co-ordinate with immediate head pertaining to HR & Admin related works.
 Ensure timely Implementation of rules & regulations formulated by corporate office.
 Conduct Exit Interviews.
STATUTORY ADMINISTRATION:
 Comply with all statutory obligations & laise with govt. agencies.
WAGE & SALARY ADMINISTRATION:
 Prepare roll for employees & Issue Form 16 for all employees.
 Monitor the details of increment, promotion or upgradation and feed the data’s for
preparing payroll.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
 Identify training needs, Plan accordingly & Implement induction programmes for
new recruits to orient them to the company.
 Design training calendar & training programmes.
 Conduct training programmes as per the trg. calendar & evaluate its efficiency.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:
 Organise monthly & weekly meetings.
 Maintain & effective communication & awareness on safety, Health.
 Monitoring General Administration requirements like canteen, housekeeping,
Uniform, transport & Security.
 Maintaining HRIS & preparation of all the reports of the company.
 Maintain all records related HR & Admin Depts.
 In-charge of facilities mgmt.
