manufacturing company with wide range of products like circuit breakers, tap
switches, breathers, porcelain insulators, powder paints, Lightning arrestors, press
boards, compreg wood laminates, AB switches, DO Fuses, LTDB's and Rural
electrification items and also exports Circuit Breakers from the year 1996 to USA.
Job Responsibility:
• Overseeing the production process in Distribution Line materials Division ,in
this division responsible for fabrication of Line components like V-cross arms,
clamps, Tower structures, LT distribution boxes(Sheet metal fabrication), AB
switches, Do fuses and Compressed wood laminates.
• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Managing and developing a production team.
• Managing the movement of goods into and out of production facilities.
• Implementing best production practice and manufacturing methods.
• Achieving Production targets through effective internal planning of production,
according to monthly production plan.
• Organize daily DLMD coordination meeting and weekly management review
meeting to discuss work status and plans.
• Responsible for tooling management (press tools) for existing & new
products/components.
