Holly is daring and likes adventure but dies early after breaking her leg in a cave. Sam is the youngest and most intelligent but doesn't like being protected. Rebecca is the oldest and protects her sister Sam. Beth is Sarah's best friend who keeps a secret from her. Juno is the leader who has an affair with Sarah's husband. Sarah is the main character who learns her husband cheated after her family's death.

2. Character analysis
• Holly
Holly is the dare devil of the group she likes the thrill and adventure that comes from the outdoors, she's basically a tom boy and
likes to rush things like in one scene when she's in the cave she starts running for what she thinks is a way out but ends up being a
trap witch she falls for and ends up braking had leg very badly and she's is the first to die
• Sam
Sam is the youngest and most intelligent in the group she's finished university and is now at medical school. She mostly follows everyone but
she doesn't’t like the protection she gets from her sister
• Rebecca
Rebecca is the oldest of the group and the older sister to Sam. Rebecca is a English teacher and is very protective towards her sister in a
motherly way. Being the oldest Rebecca is the most experienced and the better climber as she does the most deadliest and demanding job to
secure everybody's safety.
• Beth
Beth is Sarah's best friend and advisor she sticks up for her when nobody else does and helps her out through the tightest situations (literally
). Although Beth helps Sarah as much as she can she also holds an important secret from her that could change the whole out look of the film
even though she kept that secret from her she did it for her own good.
• Juno
Juno is the leader of the group and literally tells everyone what to do and where to go. In the film we see Juno as the more manly
character because she can physically fight and win, she also goes to the gym as the cover photo suggest. In the film we learn that
Juno is an adulteress as she sleeps with Sarah's husband Paul many times in secret we get hinted this in the very first scenes
• Sarah
Sarah is the films hero and main character most of the film is based around her, the film doesn't’t tell you Sarah's past only her present, so we
know she has a husband and daughter who die in a tragic car accident, we know that her best friend supports her through the pain, we know
that her husband has been cheating on her but she only finds out near the end of the film

3. Here the image is warm and inviting we
get a sense of togetherness and every
one seems to be happy even Sarah who
has just gone through a tragic moment in
her life. The girls appear to be sharing
some Banta as Juno and Sam have the
biggest smile on there face, they’ve all
gathered to enjoy each others company
and they're in underwear because they
trust each other. I also some of the girls
are lightly drunk with amount of alcohol
in the background.
Here the image appears to be much
colder and sharper giving the girls a
much fierce look. The girls standing
together in unity suggesting they can
fight of what about to happen, their a
little bit of blood on Juno suggesting
she's had a fight with a beast or a
monster and won. The image itself has
been photo shopped to be more
appealing to men (and its worked)

4. This picture tells us something very
important in the film, we learn that
Paul cheats with Juno. His wife
Sarah only finds out about this
later on when her best friend tells
her. In the film we learn that Juno
is an adulteress and a liar and this
is the best picture to portray this.
Here we have Sarah drenched in
blood looking as fierce as possible
the black is very much in contrast
with her skin, she looks like a
hunter you striving to achieve her
goal witch is survival. The picture
shows her with an object this is her
weapon showing us that she's
ready to fight for what she wants.
