A military spokesperson claimed they were commercial planes and contrails can last for hours, but it is very unusual to see 71 commercial jets in one area in a single day. The chemicals being sprayed, such as aluminum, barium and strontium, are designed to reflect sunlight and can refract light under certain conditions, contradicting claims that they are simply contrails.

3. Removing the load reduction from the ReGenX test caused the conventional generator system to stop, while the ReGenX generator maintained 4.08

Kinetic Energy Generating System Proof Of Concept Project
- 1. POTENTIAL +/- DIFFERENCE INC. KINETIC ENERGY GENERATING SYSTEM (KEGS) Proof of Concept Project KEGS Objective Overview: To create an electric vehicle which has the capacity to provide motive force in the absence of any external power supply. As you already know the Regenerative Acceleration Generator (RM) coils create acceleration when loaded. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RC06V8vXUqI This fact is no secret and has been well established at MIT and the University of Ottawa since 2008. The greater the load - the greater the acceleration, i.e. maximum acceleration is created when the generator coils are shorted = maximum load. This principle will be employed to create a bicycle trailer that will house a RM generator and the generator created accelerative torque will be designed to exceed the torque required by the bicycle rider and the bike and trailer will accelerate down the road with NO additional rider input energy or any additional energy of any kind. The proof of concept goals steps are: 1. Mount a three rotor 20 pole Axial Flux generator on the bike trailer shown below. 2. Design the generator coils to produce acceleration at 10 - 15 km/hr. 3. At the required operating speed the generator coils will all be maximally loaded creating the maximum accelerative torque. 4. The torque supplied by the generator will be designed to exceed the required steady state speed torque and the system will accelerate WITHOUT bike rider assistance. Performance criteria to be met: 1. The RM must create enough torque to overcome all resistive forces and self-propell itself. 2. Rotor magnet strength will be increased if required. 3. The RM acceleration must be sustainable with no excessive coil or core heating problems. Timeline and budget: 1. Trailer $1000.00 2. Magnets $1600.00 3. Coil cores $500.00 4. Magnet wire $300.00 5. Mounting materials $500.00 6. Shop charges / welding fabrication etc. $2000.00 7. Miscellaneous $1000.00 8. Total cost: $7000.00 9. Expected timetable 6 months / delivery date January 1, 2012
