This document provides an overview of different types of JOINs in MySQL: - JOIN returns rows when there is a match in both tables. LEFT JOIN returns all rows from the left table even without matches in the right table. RIGHT JOIN returns all rows from the right table even without matches. FULL JOIN returns rows when there is a match in either table. - Examples are given showing how INNER JOIN only returns matched rows, while LEFT JOIN returns all rows from the left table regardless of matches in the right table. RIGHT JOIN and FULL JOIN are also summarized. - Contact details are provided at the end for the mentoring program that prepared this document.
