• Established the global Security & Privacy Service team (in less than a year), and developed the staff into a highly

Led the development and implementation of information technology to ensure alignment of business and corporate
technology plans. Provided executive level technology consulting and coordination to ensure delivery of services from
centralized IT organization.
• Identified and migrated all ‘scientist supported’ IT activities to full support by the centralized IT organization, freeing up
three full time scientists and eliminating 2 administrative positions. Within 3 months, all work was transferred and

eight months, all short-term activities were completed and long-range plans were in progress.
