-Serve as the manager, facilitator, and coordinator for the EVSS Help Desk.
• Institute continuous improvement processes and procedures for all EVSS Help Desk functions
• Improve EVSS Help Desk Service Level Agreement (SLA), reduce issue backlog, monitor team performance,
and demonstrate all improvements with metric reporting
• Improve communication with all EVSS Help Desk sponsors, partners, and interactions with other teams
-Serve as PMO Support Team member and provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) services to the CCSi (for OI&T PD
contract) in Primavera, ProPath, PMAS Process, Project Management, Process Improvement, and SharePoint.
- Serve as the manager, facilitator, and coordinator for external and internal projects remotely and at the Austin
Information Technology Center and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to EO Project Management Office Support teams
in Primavera, ProPath, PMAS Process, Project Management, Process Improvement, and SharePoint. Influence
business policies, processes, procedures, process improvements and metrics. Develop and provide education and
training materials as needed and / or requested on various topics, including Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC), Project Management (PM), Process Improvement, PM tools, and Enterprise Operations. Mentor CCSi (for
OI&T PD contract) and EO Project Managers.
• Review software and hardware specifications requested by customers to identify gaps between Enterprise
Operations services provided, resource capacity availability, and requirements, including Help Desk
functions.
• Negotiate with customers to ensure appropriate levels of support in all aspects of EO services, including
Help Desk functions.

• Determine project staffing requirements and employee discipline(s) required for the project team(s) with
assistance from the AITC Program Manager.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and critical dates. Assess
variances from the project plan and develop and implement changes as necessary to ensure project
remains within specified scope and is within time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Develop System Development plans, track activities to the plan, and communicate status, using the latest
