Goal: To improve students’ English reading comprehension
Objectives: The purpose is to improve students’ English
reading abilities through the website

Age/language level: 35 third grade senior high school
students/intermediate level

Procedure:
1. Warm-up (5mins): Teacher introduces the topic : DVD
Movie Rentals briefly.
2. Practice (35mins):
Put Key Words Back
1 (20mins): Students are divided into three groups. Before
class, the teacher prepared a list of key words from the
text in jumbled order for each group. Students are asked
to read the text through projector , then rearrange the
missing words.
2 After student finish, the class listen to the article
together and check their own answers.
Reconstruct the Text
1 (15mins): Each group put scrambled sentences in order
the teacher prepared before class WITHOUT LOOKING AT
THE TEXT.
Assignment and Evaluation : (10mins)

2. 1. Teacher introduce exercises on the website that students
should do by themselves at home.

an article introducing a particular movie and post the
article on wiki.
3. quiz : 10 questions from this text ( in class activities and
assignment) next class time.
