Instrumental in the process of opening and integrating the company’s near-shore facility in Guatemala City, Guatemala,
Temporarily relocated to Guatemala City during the initial phase to ensure a successful implementation. Recipient of the
employee voted ‘Manager of the Year’ award in 2012. Consistently exceeded team revenue goals; maintained 110%
