JOB SUMMARY
Efficiently and effectively administers the company initiated benefits, ensuring that the benefits are aligned to
each policy (and vice versa).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Amount of Time
1 Employee Benefits Administration
a Oversees the efficient and effective operations of the HR Employee Benefits Section Daily
b Conducts benefit orientation to the Head Office and the Branches’ employees As Needed

Administers the Group Life Insuranceand Group Personal Accident Insurance of all
employees including the initial processing of insurance claims

Checks enrollments and deletion requests with HMO provider/s (including the
annual renewals and coordination of the latter with all parties concerned)

e Ensures the accuracy of benefits given to new hires and regularized employees As Needed

Oversees the processingof employees’ allowances and incentives (includingdriver’s
license’s’ refunds)

Oversees the communication of the company with the different fleet cards
providers

h Processes Motorcycle Loan Applications As Needed
i Processes final/last benefits computation (for employees’ clearances) As Needed

Coordinates with concerned departments for policy modifications (in line with the
improvement of existing benefits and implementation of new ones)

Develops employee profiles to achieve comprehensive understanding of each
employees; Initiates appropriate communication with employees to meet needs.

Reviews policies related to Employee Benefits to ensure compliance with current
laws and regulations; Assures proper account administration

a Initiates and implements Employee Wellness Program As Needed

Handles the day to day inquiries related to the company initiated benefits; Serves
as HR Helpdesk

c Schedules the Annual Physical Examination and the Drug Test for all employees Annually
