 Fence height is reduced to meet City Code.
 Prior to permitting the applicant returns to ARB
with a detailed and specific landscape plan for
review.
 Tree located at the NE corner of the property be
on the site to prevent sight/safety issues at the
intersection of Grove & N. New Braunfels
