 October 2nd and October 9th
 Pre-construction meeting was held on October 15th

The project included:
• Resurfacing the Main pool, Diving pool and Children’s Pool
• New Gutter System for Main pool and Diving Pool
• Installation of new hand rails
• Installation of new racing lane and wall targets at Lap Pool
• Installation of new tile break at waterline for plaster
• New compliant depth and number diving markers on depth
surface
• 2 new lifeguard chairs
• New LED wall lighting

 Rosin Group, Inc. recommends award to lowest bid
submitted by Guido Construction
 Due to the future remobilization costs of
completing Alternates 1 and 2, it is recommended
that the Base Bid and both Alternates be
accepted
 Reviewed and coordinated with:
 City Manager
 City Attorney
