The Coupled Effect of Nano Silica and Superplasticizer on Concrete Fresh and ...IJMER
The The effect of individual and combined additions of both nano silica (NS) and
polycarboxylate-ether superplasticizer (SP) admixtures on concrete mixes were studied. Twenty concrete
mixes were prepared, keeping the water/cement ratio constant at w/c = 0.40, with different amounts of
SP admixture, and NS. the superplasticizer was studied in the range of (0 – 0.88)% (over cement weight),
nano silica additions were tested at (0 – 3.00)% range (over cement weight). Early, and late
compressive strengths, as well as results of fresh concrete (slump) test of formulations were evaluated by
means of design of experiments, in order to identify the primary factors and their interactions on the
measured properties. The most desirable NS and SP % were determined. The results showed that
regardless of the used NS percentage, the higher compressive strength results were reached at, or
around SP observed saturation dosage (0.66% by weight cement). The statistical approach applied here
enabled to develop relations, which could adequately describe the dependency of both the compressive
strength, and slump on the composition of NS, and SP concretes. These relations were presented as
contour plots, which from a practical point of view could serve as a basis for mix design
An Experimental Study on Properties of Concrete using Waste Plastic Scrap Mat...ijtsrd
Investigations were done on M 30grade concrete by replacing coarse aggregate partially by plastic fiber to get maximum strength. This work presents the Strength and workability results of waste plastic fiber reinforced concrete WPFRC . The different percentages of waste plastic fiber reinforced concrete used in the experimentation are 0 , 0.5 , 1 , and 2 by partial replacement of coarse aggregate using plastic fiber This Study presents the satisfactory results on various strength tests of concrete containing plastic fiber as a partial replacement of coarse aggregate and would help to resolve solid waste disposal problem. However, further research work is still necessary in order to have a more in depth understanding. EFFECT OF NANO-SILICA ON CONCRETE CONTAINING METAKAOLINIAEME Publication
In this paper the results of an experimental investigation on the use of Metakaolin (MK) and Nano-Silica (NS) on various properties of concrete are presented. Metakaolin and Nano-Silica are used as partial replacement of cement for the preparation of concrete. In the present investigation initially cement is partially replaced by Metakaolin 5% and 10% by weight. Further investigation is carried out by combined replacement of Metakaolin at 5% and 10% with Nano-Silica at 1%, 2% and 3% by weight of cement. For structural applications the various properties, such as compressive strength, split tensile strength, modulus of elasticity and flexural strength of M25 grade concrete containing MK and NS are evaluated and the results are compared with the controlled concrete. Based on the test results, it can be observed that concrete prepared with a combination of 5% MK and 2% NS indicated increased strength compared to the controlled concrete.

This paper represents the research initialization towards the fresh and hardened properties of macro polypropylene blended fiber reinforced concrete using Silica Fume. In this study polypropylene fiber are used with 0%, 0.15%, 0.30%, 0.60% and 1.0% by weight of cement and Silica Fume with percentage of 0%, 5%, 7.5% and 10% which are replaced with cement for M30 grade concrete. All of the mixes are tasted with the compressive strength test and flexural strength test for 7 days 28 days. Durability test is also carried out for 56 days. The results from all of the tests are to be compared with control concrete mix.

Experimental study of concrete using corrugated steel fibreAbishaY1
Concrete is one of the most versatile building materials.
▶ It can cast to fit any structural shape from a cylindrical water storage tank to a rectangular beam or column in a high rise building.
▶ The advantages of using concrete include high compressive strength, good fire resistance, high water resistance, low maintenance, and long service life.
▶ The disadvantages of using concrete include poor tensile strength low strain of fracture and formwork requirement.
▶ The major disadvantage is that concrete develops micro cracks during curing.
▶ It is the rapid propagation of these micro cracks under applied stress that is responsible for the low tensile strength of the materials, hence fibres are added to concrete to overcome these disadvantages.
▶ The addition of fibres in the matrix has many important effects. Most notable among the improved mechanical characteristics of fibre reinforced concrete (FRC) are its superior fracture strength, toughness, impact resistance, flexural strength resistance to fatigue, improving fatigue performance is one of the primary reason for the extensive use of steel fibre reinforced concrete(SFRC) in pavements, bridge decks, offshore structure and machine foundation.
COLLEGE BUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROJECT REPORT.pdfKamal Acharya
The College Bus Management system is completely developed by Visual Basic .NET Version. The application is connect with most secured database language MS SQL Server. The application is develop by using best combination of front-end and back-end languages. The application is totally design like flat user interface. This flat user interface is more attractive user interface in 2017. The application is gives more important to the system functionality. The application is to manage the student’s details, driver’s details, bus details, bus route details, bus fees details and more. The application has only one unit for admin. The admin can manage the entire application. The admin can login into the application by using username and password of the admin. The application is develop for big and small colleges. It is more user friendly for non-computer person. Even they can easily learn how to manage the application within hours. The application is more secure by the admin. The system will give an effective output for the VB.Net and SQL Server given as input to the system. The compiled java program given as input to the system, after scanning the program will generate different reports. The application generates the report for users. The admin can view and download the report of the data. The application deliver the excel format reports. Because, excel formatted reports is very easy to understand the income and expense of the college bus. This application is mainly develop for windows operating system users. In 2017, 73% of people enterprises are using windows operating system. So the application will easily install for all the windows operating system users. The application-developed size is very low. The application consumes very low space in disk. Therefore, the user can allocate very minimum local disk space for this application.

Cosmetic shop management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Buying new cosmetic products is difficult. It can even be scary for those who have sensitive skin and are prone to skin trouble. The information needed to alleviate this problem is on the back of each product, but it's thought to interpret those ingredient lists unless you have a background in chemistry.
Instead of buying and hoping for the best, we can use data science to help us predict which products may be good fits for us. It includes various function programs to do the above mentioned tasks.
Data file handling has been effectively used in the program.
The automated cosmetic shop management system should deal with the automation of general workflow and administration process of the shop. The main processes of the system focus on customer's request where the system is able to search the most appropriate products and deliver it to the customers. It should help the employees to quickly identify the list of cosmetic product that have reached the minimum quantity and also keep a track of expired date for each cosmetic product. It should help the employees to find the rack number in which the product is placed. It is also Faster and more efficient way.
