This document describes a real-time muscle fatigue monitoring system using IoT cloud computing. Surface electromyography is used to acquire electromyography signals from muscles during isotonic contraction using a sensor. The signals are preprocessed on a Wemos D1 mini board and sent to an IoT cloud for further processing. In the cloud, time-frequency analysis is performed to extract features like median frequency and mean frequency over time. A decrease in these frequencies indicates muscle fatigue. The results are displayed on a mobile app interface for users and healthcare professionals to monitor fatigue in real-time. The system aims to provide a low-cost, non-invasive way to monitor muscle fatigue using IoT technologies.
The locomotive disabled people and elderly people cannot control the wheelchair manually. The key
objective of this paper is to help the locomotive disabled and old people to easily manoeuvre without any social
aid through a brainwave-controlled wheelchair. There are various types of wheelchair available in the market
such as Voice controlled wheelchair, Joystick control wheelchair, Smart phone controlled wheelchair, Eye
controlled wheelchair, Mechanical wheelchair. These wheelchairs hold certain limitations for e.g. if the user is
dumb; user cannot access voice controlled wheelchair, etc. Brain-computer interface (BCI) is a new method used
to interface between the human mind and a digital signal processor. An Electroencephalogram (EEG) based BCI
is connected with an artificial reality system to control the movement and direction of a wheelchair. This paper
proposes brainwave controlled wheelchair, which uses the captured EEG signals from the brain. This EEG
signals are then passed to Arduino. It converts into control signals which will in turn help to move the wheelchair
in different direction.

Hospitals have to provide a round-the-clock 24 Hour an attendant for these patients and hence total fees of hospitals gets increased. The device that we proposed here can actually help these patients and hospitals without requiring 24 hour attendant. With this system, patient can call nurse or any attendant at any time whenever required by simply voice controlled commands. This system listen voice commands and can call nurse by simply ringing bell. It can also control basic switching on/off tasks of fan, light and any device by patient voice. Embedded system for upper-limb exoskeleton based on electromyography controlTELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
A major problem in an exoskeleton based on electromyography (EMG) control with pattern recognition-based is the need for more time to train and to calibrate the system in order able to adapt for different subjects and variable. Unfortunately, the implementation of the joint prediction on an embedded system for the exoskeleton based on the EMG control with non-pattern recognition-based is very rare. Therefore, this study presents an implementation of elbow-joint angle prediction on an embedded system to control an upper limb exoskeleton based on the EMG signal. The architecture of the system consisted of a bio-amplifier, an embedded ARMSTM32F429 microcontroller, and an exoskeleton unit driven by a servo motor. The elbow joint angle was predicted based on the EMG signal that is generated from biceps. The predicted angle was obtained by extracting the EMG signal using a zero-crossing feature and filtering the EMG feature using a Butterworth low pass filter. This study found that the range of root mean square error and correlation coefficients are 8°-16° and 0.94-0.99, respectively which suggest that the predicted angle is close to the desired angle and there is a high relationship between the predicted angle and the desired angle.
This project aims at achieving automation using the widely used mobile operating system ANDROID i.e. android operating system. The electrical and office appliances can be controlled using the android mobile phones and Internet of things (IoT) even if you are out of your house and you forgot to switch off the appliances. Many electrical and office appliances like light, fan, air conditioner etc., can be controlled using the android operating system. This proposed system is implemented in order to overcome the drawbacks of the previous methodologies. This can also be implemented at homes also. Office automation is the residential extension of building automation. Office automation may include centralized control of lighting, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), appliances, to provide improved convenience, comfort, energy efficiency and security. Office automation for the elderly and disabled can provide increased quality of life for persons who might otherwise require caregivers or institutional care.

It is an opportunity to be a handicapped as independent. System comprises of integration of finger operation using digital image processing and embedded technology.According to the World Health Organization (WHO), between the 7 and 10% of the population worldwide suffer from some physical disability. In Latin-America the physically disabled are estimated in 55 million people, which represent the 9% of its total population. This census indicates that the most common disability is motor, followed by blindness, deafness, intellectual and language. All alone, the motor-disabled achieve 20 million in Latin-America and there is an anticipated continued growth due to increasing aging, longevity and accident related injuries. Wheelchairs make up a significant portion of the mobility assistive devices in use for those. Since the 1930s, the design concept of a wheelchair has been the same: a main frame, two large rear wheels and two small front wheels called casters. This basic design has been used to develop many of today’ wheelchairs by applying slight design modifications to produce lighter, more durable and more comfortable wheelchairs for people who use them on a daily basis. Taking the advantages offered by smart high-performance electronic devices, transradial prosthesis for upper-limb amputees was developed and tested. It is equipped with sensing devices and actuators allowing hand movements; myoelectric signals are detected by Myo armband with 8 electromyographic (EMG) electrodes, a 9-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) and bluetooth low energy (BLE) module. All data are received through HM-11 BLE transceiver by Arduino board which processes them and drives actuators. Raspberry Pi board controls a touchscreen display, providing user a feedback related to prosthesis functioning and sends EMG and IMU data, gathered via the armband, to cloud platform thus allowing orthopedic during rehabilitation period, to monitor users’ improvements in real time. A GUI software integrating a machine learning algorithm was implemented for recognizing flexion/extension/rest gestures of user fingers. The algorithm performances were tested on 9 male subjects (8 able-bodied and 1 subject affected by upper-limb amelia), demonstrating high accuracy and fast responses.

It contains various customized modules for effectively maintaining automobiles and stock information accurately and safely.
When the automobile is sold to the customer, stock will be reduced automatically. When a new purchase is made, stock will be increased automatically. While selecting automobiles for sale, the proposed software will automatically check for total number of available stock of that particular item, if the total stock of that particular item is less than 5, software will notify the user to purchase the particular item.
