What I hope to do in this paper is to show that many of the philosophies Enrique
Dussel writes about in his book Twenty Theses on Politics, have a direct correlation
to what has become to be known as Argentina s Dirty War, with a particular interest
on the struggle of the people, the ignorance towards them and the idea that they did
not exist to their capturers except as things at the disposal of the powerful. (TTP pg.
79). Their reaction to this type of oppression, after years of detention, torture and
death, touches upon Dussel s idea of the irruption of the collective conscious of a

Cognitive Psychology Essentialism and Racial Bias Jointly Contribute to the
Categorization of Multiracial Individuals
In the United States, racism and stereotype bias is an important issue that we still
struggle with today and it impacts how we understand each other. Throughout U.S
history, people that were mixed (part white and part black) were typically identified
as Black. Arnold Ho, Susan Gelman and Steven Roberts, U M professors of
psychology published a scientific article (Ho et al., 2015) looking into the cognitive
backgrounds behind how an individual categorizes other individuals based on race.
They performed studies on categorization on how we categorize multiracial
individuals. The study combined research on racial existentialism, existentialism
meaning ideals and negative bias in order to explain the difference in the way people
categorize multiracial individuals as black over white . Their findings suggest that
categorization biases, also known as hypodescent, influence how we categorize
multiracial individuals. The study asserts that Black White multiracial individuals in
the United States are categorized as Black (hypo descent categorization). The basis of
this categorization is socially motivated. In essence, the interplay between the anti
Black bias and psychological existentialism leads to hypo descent categorization.

Although in the normal standards there is no conch, there is still an assembly that
brings people together (1). They are using this tool to build a civilized manner in a
place where the main purpose is to be wild and savage. The conch stands for
democracy. Having the conch allows anyone holding it to speak their mind as

rooms near turbine in three electric power stations ( Shupra Elkhiema, Cairo west
and Cairo south) . Noise parameters were determined (e.g: LAeq,T, LCeq,T, LC LA
and noise climate L10 L90 for each measurement location. The start of measurements
was in Shopra Elkhiema electrical power station, Figure 1 shows the noise spectra
measured at control rooms, laboratories and offices within frequency range of 16
250Hz. The low frequency noises that causes complaints in control rooms,
laboratories and offices is usually generated from the air conditioning or ventilation
system, turbines, transformers and water pumps which presents in the station. Table
3 shows the measurement parameters selected for the study of low frequency noise
in station. The acoustic pressure at 50 Hz is due to air conditioning which is audible
especially in the control room because it exceeds 50dB. Also, in some offices the

Because, she came to school in Camaros and Corvettes, other students assumed that
she was going to be brat. I worked with her in Student Council, a club that makes
decisions for the school and does community service, for three years. I have seen,

A Short Story Of Sleet
It was a dark, gloomy day in the Lamar Valley. Sleet, trotting along slowly, came
across the fence marking the exit of Yellowstone Park. He immediately backed
away from it and started the way from which he came. All his life he was told to
stay away from the fence. The wolves feared the fence for the fence showed the
unknown. It was the fact that beyond the fence was unknown that they feared.
Sleet, being a reddish, blackish wolf, was very curious about this fence. For there
were stories of wolves who traveled beyond the fence, and never returned. They
figured the wolves had been killed. But something about these stories confused
him. How would they know that they never returned because they were killed?
They could have still been alive and stayed past the fence because there was good!
He erased this thought from his mind and continued on his way. Sleet was walking
along slowly when he came across a fresh trail that sent his hair on his back
bristling. He crouched low to the ground and showed his teeth. He was being
watched. He saw gleaming eyes through the bushes surrounding him. He was trapped.
Sleet growled menacingly. The wolf packaround him drew closer. He now knew that
