The organization is investing Rs 11 crores to enhance its ticketing website and improve performance, necessitating various forms of load, stress, and security testing. Measures are being implemented to prevent illegal bookings and accommodate a growing number of users, with capacity enhancements to handle up to 1.2 lakh users concurrently.
