2. Innovative Work
Innovation is defined as " the process of making changes to
something established by introducing something new". Innovative
work help a teacher to teach a lesson easily. The role of innovative
work is very important in English language teaching. In order to
teach a lesson innovatively, the teacher must use a lot of pictures,
games and songs. So the learner can learn and memorize it for a
long period of time. In teaching learning process the role of
innovative work is very important. It makes the class very
interesting. Innovative work is one of the effective method for
teaching a difficult lesson easily. So in English language education
the role of innovative work is very helpful, useful and effective.
Innovative work helps the teacher to teach something very
effectively. Through innovative teacher presents the lesson very
effectively before students. Here I presented the lesson "The Mice
That Set The Elephant Free" in the form of a poem. Through the
poem pupils gets a clear idea of the story. It helps the students to
learn the lesson very effectively and interestingly. I used simple
words and lines to make the poem more effective. The poem is an
effective method to create interest among the pupils. It helps the
students to develop their aesthetic sense.

The Mice That Set The Elephants Free is a fable. Fable is a story
which gives a moral lesson. So I wrote a poem about the present
fable.
When a story is translated into a poem, it is easy to the students to
understand the theme very well. Through the poem pupil can
develop their aesthetic sense. By reading the poem pupil can
understand the feeling of the poet and the students try to write
their own poem about the lesson. Poems can touch the heart of the
pupil than prose. The picture of the captive elephants create
sadness in our mind when we read it in poem. But if we read the
story we cannot feel the sadness. The students read the story in the
form of a poem it will become memorable until the end of their life.
So I selected this story to translated in the form of a poem.
So this is an innovative work, it helps to increase their interest and
helps to learn the story easily.

Innovative work creates interest among the students and it
also helps them to learn a lesson very interestingly. Here I
translated a prose in the form of a poem. It helps the students to
learn the fable easily. The role of innovative work is important in
English language education. It helps to arise new ideas in the minds
of the students. In teaching learning process the role of innovative
work is very helpful and effective.
