This document discusses innovative work in teaching. It introduces innovation as applying new ideas or improvements to meet needs. The author presented a lesson to students in picturization form, which is an innovative way of teaching. Through picturization, students were able to clearly understand the characters and story without confusion. This innovative work created interest among students and helped them learn the lesson easily and effectively. In conclusion, innovative work engages students and enhances the teaching and learning process.

2. INTRODUCTION
Innovation is a new idea, device or process. Innovation can be
viewed as the application of better solutions that meet the
requirements, in articulated needs etc. This is accomplished
through more effective products, processes, services, technologies
or ideas that are readily available to society. In its broadest sense
innovation is the development and application of ideas that
improve the way you do things and what you achieve. It is not have
totally new, it may be a small but incremental improvement that
result in a positive outcome.
Innovative work helps the teacher to teach something very
effectively. Through innovative teacher presents the lesson very
effectively before students. Here I presented the lesson “When
Wishes Come True” in the form of picturisation. Through
picturisation pupils gets a clear idea of the story. It helps the
students to learn the lesson very effectively and interestingly.
So this work is very helpful to the students to learn the changes
that comes in Sushil and Subal’s life. Students got a clear idea and
they didn’t feel any confusion to understand the characters. This
innovative work create interest and learn the story easily.

8. CONCLUSION
Innovative work creates interest among the students and it also
helps them to learn a lesson very interestingly. Here I converted the
story in the form of picturisation. It helps the students to learn the
characters of Sushil and Subal clearly. It helps to arise new ideas
among students so teaching learning process innovative work is
important in language learning.
