Designation: Executive
• Coordinating with RM Regarding the LCA request.
• Coordinating with employee and US HR regarding the Required Documents offer letter & NDA for filling the
petition to USCIS.
• Coordinating with US onsite Manager regarding LCA Postings for 10 days.
• On time LCA filing for our employees along with the maintenance of PAF and LCA Posting notices.
• Coordinate with Finance team for Cheque request;
• Coordinating with US HR Team for Obtain prevailing wage (PW) for on time LCA filing.
• Coordinating with Legal team for MSA’s & SOW’s and attorney’s as when required;
