• Strong inclination among senior candidates to move towards their
‘home’ location.
• Career path leading to a ‘Project Manager’ considered a right for most
technical staff
• A promotion carrying a ‘Manager’ title considered a lucrative option,
candidates unwilling to forgo this option to jump to other opportunities
without this option.
• Working in MNCs still ‘somewhat’ preferred over small/medium
enterprises. Though working in a small company which is a leader in its
field ‘game development’, ‘eCommerce’ etc is considered a good
option by staff working in MNCs
• Candidates want a higher premium in salary and benefits if they have
been working in the same company for more than 3 years, especially if
their company is a recognized leader.
• Attritions most high among people with <3 years experience.
