Data Processing:
 Processing of new applications (credit Card, Account Opening & Personal Loans) on a daily basis to
meet Business TAT
 Scrutinizing the documents submitted along with the applications and run authenticity and validity
check.
 Receive the applications and delegate the applications to the peers for quick completion of the
application processing
 Ensure the completion of the processing of all the applications received by EOD
 Prepare, publish & maintain the tracker on the applications received, rejected & returned for business
purposes.
MIS Coordinator
 Designing, maintenance and modification of the database for the preparation of MIS to be released to
the management and team
 Provisioning the required data to the concerned people as required by running error checks,
prohibiting accesses to the data to avoid corruption and loss of data
 Collate the trackers received from the peers and other hubs to prepare the daily, weekly performance
reports,
 Trackers received are authenticated on the validity and the righteousness.
 MIS analysis comparing the previous month’s and years’ performance is published on time.
 Charts, presentations etc are prepared for the management meetings
 Key Performance Areas are highlighted and the current numbers and the predictions for the month are
provided based on the last years, months and the pipeline data.
 Train the data processors on the various fields of the trackers, significance, data recording & accuracy.
 Create and disseminate the department organization structure and positions occupied and available
data per the approved HR budget.
 Liaise in the issuance of HR letter requests, like Salary Certificate, Salary Transfer Letter, and NOCs.
