Features, Evaluation and Treatment Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The WHO and other organizations have issued the following general recommendations:
Avoid close contact with subjects suffering from acute respiratory infections.
Wash your hands frequently, especially after contact with infected people or their environment.
Avoid unprotected contact with farm or wild animals.
People with symptoms of acute airway infection should keep their distance, cover coughs or sneezes with disposable tissues or clothes and wash their hands.
Strengthen, in particular, in emergency medicine departments, the application of strict hygiene measures for the prevention and control of infections.
Individuals that are immunocompromised should avoid public gatherings.
Patients and families should receive instruction to:
Avoid close contact with subjects suffering from acute respiratory infections.
Wash their hands frequently, especially after contact with sick people or their environment.
Avoid unprotected contact with farm or wild animals.
People with symptoms of acute airway infection should keep their distance, cover coughs or sneezes with disposable tissues or clothes and wash their hands.
Immunocompromised patients should avoid public exposure and public gatherings. If an immunocompromised individual must be in a closed space with multiple individuals present, such as a meeting in a small room; masks, gloves, and personal hygiene with antiseptic soap should be undertaken by those in close contact with the individual. In addition, prior room cleaning with antiseptic agents should be undertaken and performed before exposure. However, considering the danger involved to these individuals, exposure should be avoided unless a meeting, group event, etc. is a true emergency.
Strict personal hygiene measures are necessary for the prevention and control of this infection.

Hello, this presentation is put together to gain general insight about the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) spread across the globe with graphical images, texts and information.
A coronavirus is a kind of common virus that causes an infection in your nose, sinuses, or upper throat. Most coronaviruses aren't dangerous.
In early 2020, after a December 2019 outbreak in China, the World Health Organization identified SARS-CoV-2 as a new type of coronavirus. The outbreak quickly spread around the world.

this is a presentation for awareness about a huge pandemic we all have suffered we should first understand the problem and then focus on solution we have successfully made vaccine and recovered from it but it is to inform to new generation about our suffering
A brief on Corona Virus, signs and symptoms and its management, virus, incubation period, medicines, treatment, mortality and severity with proper references.
corona virus , a group of RNA viruses, covid 19 affects people in different ways. most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover without hospitalization.
The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has taken the world by storm. COVID-19 is a member of the coronavirus family, which has never been detected in humans before. There are seven known strains of coronavirus (CoV). Coronaviruses are derived from a variety of animals. The virus has many similarities to Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The viruses can cause illnesses ranging from the common cold to more severe health complications.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
The Indian economy is classified into different sectors to simplify the analysis and understanding of economic activities. For Class 10, it's essential to grasp the sectors of the Indian economy, understand their characteristics, and recognize their importance. This guide will provide detailed notes on the Sectors of the Indian Economy Class 10, using specific long-tail keywords to enhance comprehension.

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

The Art Pastor's Guide to Sabbath | Steve ThomasonSteve Thomason
What is the purpose of the Sabbath Law in the Torah. It is interesting to compare how the context of the law shifts from Exodus to Deuteronomy. Who gets to rest, and why?
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.
3. Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease
caused by a newly discovered coronavirus.
Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will
experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover
without requiring special treatment.
Older people, and those with underlying medical problems
like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory
disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious
illness.
5. Symptoms of COVID-19
The main symptoms include :
1.Fever 7.Body Aches
2.Coughing 8.Headache
3.Shortness of Breath 9.Sore Throat
4.Trouble Breathing 10.Loss of Smell
5.Fatigue 11.Nausea
6.Chills, Sometimes With 12.Diarrhea
Shaking
6. Symptoms of COVID-19
The virus can lead to pneumonia, respiratory
failure, septic shock, and death. Many COVID-19
complications may be caused by a condition
known as cytokine release syndrome or a cytokine
storm. This is when an infection triggers your
immune system to flood your bloodstream with
inflammatory proteins called cytokines.
They can kill tissue and damage your organs.
7. What To Do If You Think You Have It ?
•If you don’t feel well, stay at home.
•Call the doctor if you have trouble breathing.
•Follow the doctor’s advice and keep up with
the news on COVID-19.
8. Coronavirus Risk Factors
Anyone can get COVID-19, and the most infections
are mild. The older you are, the higher your risk of
severe illness.
You also have a higher chance of serious illness if you
have one of there health conditions:
Chronic Kidney Disease
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
A weakened immune system due to organ transplant
Obesity
Sickle Cell Disease
Type 2 Diabetes
9. Coronavirus Transmission
Most of the time, it spreads when a sick person
coughs or sneezes. They can spray droplets as far
as 6 feet away. If you breathe them in or
swallow them, the virus can get into your body.
Some people who have the virus don't have
symptoms, but they can still spread the virus.
You can also get the virus from touching a surface
or object the virus is on, then touching your mouth,
nose, or possibly your eyes. Most viruses can live
for several hours on a surface that they land on.
10. Coronavirus Prevention
Wash your hands often with soap and water or clean them
with an alcohol-based sanitizer.
Practice Social Distancing.
Cover your mouth and nose in public.
Don’t touch your face.
Clean and Disinfect.
11. Coronavirus Vaccine
There’s no cure yet,
but researchers are working hard to find one.
There is NO vaccine for COVID-19.
More than 100 vaccine projects are in various
phases of development.
