 Sir...sometimes in your carrier you might have 
faced your juniors are not working according to 
your Expectations. How do you make them work..? 
 First of all I make my image good at them and then 
I explain how to work and my behaviour to them to 
keep good .
 Sir...sometimes in your carrier you might have faced 
your Seniors/Authorities are not supporting 
according to your Expectations. How do you make 
them convince..? 
 First I tall him very kindly about my proposer and 
also explain the feature of my proposer.
 Sir, according to you, what is your Contribution to 
organization and how do you relate it to society? 
 At list we have to done work that are required by 
organization.
 What is your short term vision? And what is your 
Long term Vision? 
 I can help my organization for make any profit this 
is my long term vision.
 What is your message or an advice for the future 
engineers...or any suggestion for youth? 
 I want to give suggestion that do hard work for 
your goal and focus on your vision and mission.
 Sir… Will you please share any life experience of 
yours, which you feel makes you a successful 
person. 
 No, I have not any experience of it and even I don’t 
believe that I am successful person.
