The document discusses how social media and Enterprise 2.0 can improve business efficiency and drive innovation when used within companies. It notes that Gary Hamel advocates for Management 2.0 principles like empowering individuals, decentralizing decisions, and valuing ideas based on their merits rather than credentials. The document also examines HR issues around social media and Dave Ulrich's view of shifting the focus from activities to outcomes.
Data fluency in today’s connected world has become a leverage point, inaccessible to many, leaving them unable to assess critical factors to act in their own or their communities’ interests. Data is a language that many people don’t speak, thus being conversant is becoming a societal “gap.” Data seed narratives. Powerful narratives can drive actions or they can distract and misinform. At a time with less institutional protection and fewer objective referees, those of us fluent in data need to help our communities understand data-driven systems and learn to speak the language.
Non-profits, governments, and civil society groups are not immune from the disruption digital networks have wrought in every other aspect of society. Jason and his team recently studied 40 campaigns, companies, and organizations that have recently won substantial social change efforts, and analyzed the common principles underlying their success. The results lined up with a career spent studying (and living) digital networks and movements.
Jason will be sharing the results of this research in Vancouver for the first time – a month before its official international launch. These principles of 21st Century campaigns will be combined with stories that bring them to live, and approaches to make them practical for organizations of all sizes and stripes.

70% of all security breaches are due to an organization’s own staff. Register for this webinar and find out how not to become a statistic. Security is increasingly becoming a significant challenge, regarding how ensuring unstructured and semi-structured content is protected, and also the security rights of the individuals within the organization that need to be given or denied rights to organizational assets.
This Concept Searching webinar will focus on all aspects of security in a SharePoint environment, using native SharePoint tools, conceptClassifier for SharePoint, or integrated with your security application. conceptClassifier for SharePoint and conceptClassifier for Office 365 deliver semantic metadata generation, auto-classification, and taxonomy tools integrated natively with the SharePoint Term Store.
How does it work with privacy and confidential content? The products identify unknown security or confidential exposures in real-time from diverse repositories. Identification of not only standard descriptors but also organizationally defined vocabulary can also be identified. Once identified they are routed to a repository and removed from unauthorized access and portability.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

• Everyone has a voice
• Capability counts for more than credentials and titles
• Commitment is voluntary
• Power is granted from below
• Authority is fluid and contingent on value-added
• The only hierarchies are "natural" hierarchies
• Communities are self-defining
• Individuals are richly empowered with information
• Just about everything is decentralised
• Ideas compete on an equal footing
• It's easy for buyers and sellers to find each other
• Resources are free to follow opportunities
• Decisions are peer-based.”
