 Nausea & vomiting
 Osteoporosis
 Anorexia
 Fatigue & muscle weakness
 Renal stone
C/F:-
 History & PE
 Monitor Cal & Phosphate level
D/E:-
 Monitor vital sign (Particularly BP)
 Monitor I/O & for sign of renal stone
M/M
 Diuretics eg Furosemide to lower calcium
 Calcitonin (Calcimar) to decrease skeletal calcium
release & increase renal clearance of calcium)
S/M :
 Parathyroidectomy
