DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Office / Night Auditor
 Assisted guests with general services in Check-in, Check-out, billing and other general queries.
 Balanced accounts and managed restaurant credit accounts.
 Represented the hotel in regard to guest complaints and situations that require immediate attention.
 Prepare forecast of room occupancy, monitor actual room occupancy against forecast, prepare
and submit daily room occupancy report.
 Monitors staff transactions to avoid FO Audit Findings and FO pending.
 Checks the daily Rate Variance report – ensuring that there is no discrepancies with the room rate, rate
code, package code etc.
 Ensure manual operating procedures with backups and understood during System downtime
 Must ensure night audit is done in a timely manner with no discrepancies
 Perform other related duties as may be assigned by superior.
Reservations Officer
 Answering calls and maintaining a response rate and service levels in accordance with established
standards.
 Answers Email inquiries such as Room Rates, Availability, Banquet Sales & other related Hotel
Services.
 Understanding and responding effectively and clearly to addressed requests over the phone or written
