Responsibilities of Resort Assistant Manager :
 To review all VIP Expected Arrival & Expected Departures list.
 To welcome all arriving VIP guests.
 To coordinate with Security Department with regards to Emergency,
Safety and Fire alarms on a 24 hour basis.
 To ensure courtesy calls to guests are conducted and all requests are
followed up punctually and accurately as per the set standards.
 To conduct thorough rounds of the property and report to respective

departments for anything requiring action. Follow up must be provided.
 Full awareness of lobby activities, traffic patterns and at all times.
 To maintain an up dated daily RAM (Resort Assistant Manager) report
containing detailed information of the shifts’ happenings including all
corresponding follow up accurately and without emotion.
 To maintain a close coordination with the Departmental Manager in
charge with regards to handling complaints, emergency, safety and fire
alarms 24 hours a day.
 To coordinate with Front Office Supervisors with regards to Day Use,
Late Check Out and Sleep Out guests.
 To ensure all Doctor calls are recorded and notified to management for
any serious injuries or illness.
 To coordinate with Security Department with regards to the Resort’s
Security, Lost & Found, Accident and Incident.
 To participate in hosting the guests in the Guest Resort Cocktail party.
 To coordinate with Security in assisting guests with regards to Elsafe
(Safe Deposit Box) problems.
 To provide courteous and personal services to all guests requiring
assistance, at all times.
 To handle complaints or problems of all guests and to contact
Departmental Manager in charge whenever required. Should it be
necessary, the Executive Assistant Manager should be contacted.
 To pass on comments, suggestions and recommendations of guests to
the corresponding departmental managers.
 To provide assistance for all guests with regards to any inquiries they
may have.
 To handle room inspection for all arriving VIP’s or show rooms to walk-
in or visiting agents without appointments.
 To be fully aware of all the Resort facilities, layout and special events or
programs offered, and ensure that all Guest Services team is well
informed.
