Resource Assistant will report directly to the HR Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Time Clock management
New hire set up in payroll system
Create and process payroll Stuffer
Enterprise Manager updates
PTO tracking and management
New hire 90 day employee letter with insurance sign-up
New hire paperwork – including verification of social security numbers and I-9.
STD/LTD coordination for people who go out on disability
Assist with coordination of annual health renewals
Sign-ups/changes to 401K plan
Coordination of 401K loans
Processing termination paperwork
Coordination of partial unemployment paperwork
Coordination of card entry system.
Maintain employee records.
Coordination of workers comp benefits
Plan and run monthly safety meetings
Order and monitor first aid supplies
OSHA Annual Report
Plan and support company meetings and parties
Communication and support on internal recognition program
Assist Customer service with phone support as necessary
Phone system oversight and setup/training for new users
