This year’s results delve into how recruiters are
leveraging social recruiting in addition to whether or
not they are using it. Much like marketers, recruiters
use social networks as part of a multi-channel strategy
to find leads and nurture them to hire. Just as the days
of “rented attention” and “one size fits all” campaigns
are over in the marketing and advertising worlds,
recruiters now focus on building their own talent pool
and appealing to candidates’ individual preferences.
Finding that quality candidate can sometimes feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. How do you get more of the right people to see your jobs?
With over 433 million members, LinkedIn presents a wealth of opportunity for recruitment consultants and agencies to successfully attract and place those top candidates using LinkedIn Job tools.
You'll get practical advice on:
+ Current talent trends impacting search and staffing companies
+ How to use LinkedIn Jobs to get the right people to see your open roles
+ How to drive results to increase placements and your bottom line

How Thought Leadership Impacts Demand GenerationLinkedIn
What makes thought leadership valuable and how does that translate into measurable business impact? New research from LinkedIn and Edelman provide definitive answers for B2B marketers.
Many of us intuitively know that thought leadership is valuable, but how valuable is it, and at what stages of the buying journey does it deliver impactful results?
Kelly Kyer, Global Director, Technology Vertical Marketing at LinkedIn and Phil Gomes, SVP of U.S. B2B Digital at Edelman explore these questions, and:
-- Dive into key findings from our latest research surveying 1,300 business decision-makers and C-suite executives on how thought leadership influences their own purchase behavior.
-- Present compelling data that justifies the value of thought leadership, especially when marketers today underestimate its value to the bottom line.
-- Propose how to take action and craft compelling content that keeps clients and prospects aware of industry trends.

When it comes to investing in diversity, 71% of talent professionals
report that achieving gender parity* at their company is a
top priority.1 And while there is a long way to go to get there, a
thoughtful, data-driven recruiting strategy can help you make
meaningful gains toward that goal.
To understand how gender impacts the candidate journey, we
analyzed LinkedIn data on billions of interactions between
companies and candidates from job applications to recruiter
outreach and hires. The results show that while women and men
explore opportunities similarly, there’s a clear gap in how they apply
to jobs — and in how companies recruit them.
The good news is that this data is actionable. This report will help
you improve every step of the job seeker journey on LinkedIn, from
how you position your employer brand and interact with candidates,
to benchmarking your gender diversity hiring goals against your
industry. Your push for #BalanceForBetter can start today.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

RMD24 | Debunking the non-endemic revenue myth Marvin Vacquier Droop | First ...BBPMedia1
Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

LinkedIn are interested in
career opportunities at

Tips for targeted status updates
Mix it up
Share jobs, relevant news stories about
your company, employee interviews from
your blog, etc..
Have a plan
Sketch out what you’ll say in advance
and build a dialogue with your followers.
Stay on brand
Remember the messaging you’re trying
to get across and think about how to
incorporate it.
#hiretowin |
@hireonlinkedin
24. Anchor your LinkedIn presence: Careers Page
Think visually.
Use bold images to give a real-world glimpse
into your organization.
Think digitally.
Whatever you say, keep it brief. Content
from your glossy graduate recruitment
brochure may not make sense online, where
attention spans are shorter.
Think video.
You’ll be able to engage candidates more
deeply if they hear real people tell their own
stories, so make video a core part of your
strategy.
Think customized.
Adapt your content to viewers based on their
LinkedIn profiles. You can target your Career
Pages based on a candidate’s job function,
industry, geography, and more.
